Need for a framework

We all can use a framework to step out of our minds & tackle our thoughts.

My father used to say “Jiska kam usko saje dusra kare to danda baje” translates roughly to "A job suits the hands of the one skilled to do it; if done by another, it will lead to trouble".

In today's workplace, this principle manifests in the concept of delegation. People who rise above the pack know how to influence others and delegate better. This principle extends beyond the professional realm. In our personal lives, we often encounter challenges that are beyond our expertise.

Before the internet revolutionised learning, I attempted to teach myself swimming by watching others and a foreign language through books, but I was unsuccessful. It was only when I sought the help of experienced coaches that I was able to make substantial improvements.

We've all faced emotional challenges and witnessed our loved ones grapple with life's unexpected twists and turns. Work-related stress, relationship difficulties, health issues, and the loss of family and friends can significantly impact our mental well-being.

I hope we can begin to see the challenges we face in our minds as simply thoughts or thought patterns that are hindering our ability to live and function optimally.

All we may need is a someone to come in and give us a framework to navigate through this pattern of thinking.

If we're open to receiving support, it might not be as complex as we think.
