The Greatest Gift

Like everyone else, I struggle with my mind. Over the years, I’ve explored many paths—entrepreneurship, a year of volunteering as a yoga teacher in an ashram, living across India and Southeast Asia, and continuing this journey alongside work.

I’ve been practicing yoga and mindfulness since 2008 and have guided over a thousand students in asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditation across ashrams in Uttarkashi (Himalayas), Neyyar Dam (Kerala), and the Sivananda Centre (Delhi).

A few years ago, a series of experiences deeply shifted how I see life. My mission now is to make mindfulness simple, practical, and even fun for everyone. Having lived the pressures of corporate life, I share ways mindfulness can help us stay enthusiastic about life while being focused, grounded, and productive at work.
