I wasn't trying to build anything.

I was simply living life as fully as I could.

A corporate career I enjoyed. Goals. Friends. Travels. Family. Busy days. Bigger dreams.

Looking back, life looked pretty normal. I just didn't realize it was about to change.

Then one morning, my back stopped cooperating.

Walking became painful. My world became smaller. Everything slowed down.

I thought my biggest challenge was the pain.

It wasn't.

Severe back & foot pain

Simple things took effort

Plans had to wait

My patience was tested every single day

Why life slows you down, you start noticing different things.

I found myself sitting with questions that didn’t have obvious answers.

What is the meaning of this life?

Did I make the right decisions?

Why can't I stop thinking about certain things?

Why did this happen to me?

Does anyone actually care about me?

Somewhere along the way,

Out of Ur Mind slowly started taking shape.

I realized these weren't just my questions

Why do certain memories feel more real than others?

Why do certain trips change us, while others mean nothing?

Why do some messages make our whole day, or ruin it?

What actually makes a life feel meaningful?

Why do we keep telling ourselves "next time" again and agin?

Why do some relationships feel instantly familiar?

The exploration continues.

I don’t think life changes us through big realizations.

More often, it happens quietly — through random conversations, difficult moments, laughter, heartbreak, strange conicidences, people who nudge us, and the stories we understand much later.

Out of Ur Mind is simply a space to notice, reflect and grow together.
